1. Introduction
This documentation provides instructions for using the Customs Declaration Processing System. The system allows users to upload customs declaration documents in XML or Excel format, process the data, convert it into Excel files, and store relevant information in the RPA_Activity database. It also Reads Excel files for specific cases like 'Arabi'.
Which robots use to automate the payment process via platforms like Arabi or Madfoatcom.
2. Login Guide
Enter your username, password, select your company and year, then click "Login" to access the system.
3. Sidebar Overview
Use the sidebar menu to navigate to "Home Page," "Custom Declaration" (with options for "Payments”) and click "Log Out" to exit the system.
4. Custom Declaration Payments
Upload XML files, select the payment type and preparing date, then click "Upload Files," "Load Barcode Data," then "Save" to process the declaration payment.
